An automated, AI-driven platform that runs employer-side review simulations to help you evaluate how an employer might perceive your credentials, decide which jobs to pursue, and strengthen your resume. It is an informational tool for self-assessment only — not professional career coaching, legal advice, or employment counseling.
AI-generated results can be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date, and you are solely responsible for verifying any output before relying on it. Hiring decisions depend on third-party employers and their systems (including ATS); Resume RedTeam does not guarantee interviews, offers, employment outcomes, or career advancement.
You retain full ownership of everything you upload. You grant Resume RedTeam a limited, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and analyze your content solely to provide, maintain, and improve the simulation features for you. This license does not permit us to sell your content or to use it to train AI models. You represent that you have the rights to upload the content and will not upload others’ confidential information without permission. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.
Use the Service only for your personal, non-commercial job search. Do not disrupt, attack, or bypass its security; use bots or scrapers to extract data, text, or prompts; reverse-engineer or copy its AI logic or code; or use it to break the law or infringe others’ rights.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access, in our sole discretion and without notice, if you violate these Terms or use the platform maliciously. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RESUME REDTEAM AND ITS FOUNDERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, WAGES, OR CAREER OPPORTUNITIES. TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) OR THE FEES YOU PAID IN THE PRECEDING TWELVE (12) MONTHS.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Your email, display name, sign-in events, device choices, and what you put into Resume RedTeam — resumes, job postings, review results, Target Board data, notes, contacts, and questions.
To sign you in, run your review simulations, power your saved workspace, Target Board, and Search Intelligence, prevent abuse, and provide support. We do not sell your data or use it to train public AI models.
Maximum Privacy: reviews are deleted when you log out. Saved Workspace: reviews are saved and encrypted so you can return to them. Passphrase Lock: add a passphrase only you know, so only you can open your saved workspace.
Your saved information is encrypted while it is stored. You can delete anything you add, and you can delete your whole account at any time — we have built in a right to be forgotten: your information leaves our live systems immediately and clears our backups within 30 days.
We use AI to help analyze your resume and job postings and produce your results. AI can be wrong, so always check its suggestions before you rely on them. We do not use your content to train public AI models.
You can sign in with email, Google, or LinkedIn; we receive only what is needed to sign you in. If you choose to remember a device for 30 days, we store a sign-in cookie so you do not need a new code during that time. We do not use advertising cookies.
